Beverly Real Estate
Beverly is a residential and commercial community on the north shore of Massachusetts. Inclusive of the areas of Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing, it has a population of approximately 40,000. Beverly is commonly referred to as the “Birthplace of America’s Navy” as the first ship commissioned for the US Military had sailed from Beverly harbor in 1775.
Today Beverly is a sought after town by many. The coastal community is home to Endicott College as well as both the The North Shore Music Theater and The Cabot Street Cinema Theater. Desirable sections of Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing were once summer cottages by wealthy owners from New York State and are now owned by many year round residents. Accessibility is also made easy by major Route 128 as well as the MBTA commuter rail which provides service to Boston’s North Station.
