About Abby Rausch

Abby is a lifelong resident of Marblehead and has been working in the real estate industry for over eighteen years specializing in marketing and sales, property management, property renovation and investment. Through her knowledge of the community, attention to detail and exceptional customer service, Abby is committed to making the buying and selling process a rewarding experience for her clients. She listens to her client’s needs and matches them to the right property while guiding them through the process with integrity and efficiency.

Abby graduated from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania with a B.A. in political science. She has served on and chaired numerous committees within the North Shore community and is an active volunteer in her children’s schools. She is passionate about real estate and the community of Marblehead and in addition to working with those already ensconced in the community she relishes the opportunity to introduce and welcome new buyers to her town.

Abby lives with her husband Larry, her three children; Hayden, Sam & Anna and her two French bulldogs, Kaki and Vinnie. She enjoys playing tennis and skiing and cheering on her children from the sidelines.
