The sale of condos and townhouses decreased by 75% with 8 being sold (year-to-date) in 2018 and only 2 sold this year as of 3/1/19. The average sale price of condos and townhouses has decreased by 11% to $338,000. Days on market has decreased significantly from 74 to 35.
